Helpful things to include

• Bug reports: your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone"), what you did and what happened.
• Auto-align didn't find the edges: tell us the card and the background you used. You can attach the photo if you want us to look at it, but only if you're happy to share it. The tool itself never sends us your photos.
• Feature ideas: tell us what you were trying to do. It helps us build the right thing.

We can't grade cards, appraise their value or give an opinion on a specific submission. For questions about an official grade, contact the grading company directly.
